Purge Activity Entries
Backfill Parcel Centroids
Finds all seller records with an APN but missing lat/lng, then fetches the parcel centroid for each and saves it.
Re-sync All Centroids from APN
Overwrites lat/lng on every record that has an APN — including records that already have coordinates. Use this to correct coordinates that were stored by the old address geocoder.
